Procedure for SafeContractor:

A company will be SafeContractor certified by applying these three steps:

Gap Analysis:

Gap analysis is a strategic planning tool used to assess the difference, or “gap,” between a company’s current state and its desired future state. Gap analysis helps companies prioritise their efforts and allocate resources effectively to achieve their goals and improve their overall performance. It’s a valuable tool for strategic planning and decision-making.

Development & Implementation:

Following gap analysis, a company will proceed to the next phase, which is development and implementation.

If there are any missing documents or gaps in your company, our team will develop all the missing documents for your company & placed them in a BizGrow QMS System. BizGrow QMS System is an online system that helps businesses improve their quality management. It is paperless and easy to use, with features such as document management, Web Portal Forms, Cloud Storage & Email Templates etc.

After developing the missing documents to address the identified gaps within the company, the next crucial step is the implementation phase. This phase involves putting the newly created documents and processes into action to bridge the gaps and improve the overall functioning of the company.

Certification:

Certification is the last step for a company to be SafeContractor certified. Once the Gap Analysis and Development & Implementation are completed successfully, the company will apply for the final assessment from SafeContractor. If the final assessment is passed, the company will receive the certification.

A company will be able to obtain SafeContractor accreditation within 2 weeks after final assessment.
