As part of each program, we assign each client a dedicated learning coach to ensure that your program is a meaningful and immersive learning experience. Our coaching will facilitate ‘live’ application of learning: you will be learning and applying strategies in your security business, having a real-time impact and benefit on your security company.
We will take advantage of client feedback and “change the plan” of each program, continually adjusting content as these changes occur, so the content is appropriate to your specific business context. Our goal is to ensure that the learning is not in theory, but embedded in daily practices.
In addition, our learning coaches deliver modalities in various formats, such as in-person, by video, or written support and phone coaching sessions, providing you with guidance and support over time. We also run workshops, including virtual workshops, case-study driven sessions, and outcome-based workshops that will deal with your biggest growth challenges, such as planning and execution.

Then, we will work with your team, putting the new management system into use and incorporating it into all areas of your business.
4- Certification
After the system is in place, we will make sure the management system (and business) is audited or assessed by a 3rd party to evaluate effectiveness and compliance -as per ISO commitments - to differentiate your business.
